The Migration Plan is a part of Telstra’s structural separation undertaking (SSU), which sets out the steps that Telstra will take to progressively migrate voice and broadband services from its copper and Hybrid Fibre Coaxial networks to the NBN. The Migration Plan was approved by the ACCC and commenced operation on 7 March 2012. Since that date the ACCC has considered and approved a number of variations.
