Draft decision on primary price terms6 May 2015
On 6 May 2015, the ACCC released a draft decision on the primary price terms for the MTAS final access determination.
To assist the ACCC in reaching its draft decision, the ACCC engaged WIK-Consult in January 2015 to undertake an international benchmarking study for pricing mobile voice termination service and to provide advice on pricing SMS termination service. WIK-Consult provided the ACCC with a report which sets out its international benchmarking study and advice. The ACCC has published this report along with the draft decision for consultation.
The ACCC invites submissions to the draft decision by 5 June 2015.
