Our annual National Consumer Congress follows World Consumer Rights Day and brings together consumer advocates from across Australia to discuss current and future issues impacting consumers and how they might be managed or addressed.
With the title 2020: A vision of fairness, speakers will share their perspectives on topics including:
- fostering fairness as a corporate value
- sustainable consumption is fair consumption
- using compliance to promote fairness.
