The National Consumer Congress is an annual conference that brings together stakeholders from across the public, private and community sectors to explore the key issues facing Australian consumers. This year’s event will be delivered both in person and online.

The event will be held on Thursday 16 June 2022 at the Doltone House (Darling Island Wharf), Pyrmont, Sydney. The link details to attend this event virtually will be provided to registered attendees closer to the date.

Theme

The theme for this year’s event is Protecting tomorrow’s consumers, today.

Speakers will share their perspectives on important topics including:

  • sustainability practices and protections
  • consumer issues on digital platforms
  • scams.

How to participate

The virtual component of the event is not capped in the same way as our traditional face-to-face event to allow a larger number of participants from consumer and community sectors organisations. This event is invitation only and only registered attendees will receive links for the live stream.
