The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation to Tabcorp, TAB, TAB Europe and Tabcorp ACT in relation to international pooling arrangements with HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited and to allow for the transmission of bets by Australian punters into Hong Kong pools.
The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for seven years.
