The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation to Loddon Mallee Waste and Resource Recovery Group (LMWRRG) and eight councils in Victoria.
LMWRRG and the councils seek authorisation in relation to the joint procurement of certain waste and resource recovery services.
