As well as a general overview of the new Code, the webinar will cover certain topics in some detail, including:
- the new obligation of good faith and what this means for you
- disclosure obligations and what changes you will need to make
- the ACCC’s Compliance and Enforcement Policy, which will influence when the ACCC is likely to issue an infringement notice or take a matter to court under the new Code.

We are the government agency responsible for administering and enforcing the Franchising Code, and this free webinar will be led by ACCC Deputy Chair, Dr Michael Schaper.
