The Part XICB arbitration guideline provides guidance on negotiation and arbitration processes in relation to declared cash equity clearing and settlement services under Part XICB of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA).
The guideline is non-binding and only provides a summary of key concepts from Part XICB. It should not be considered a substitute for professional advice and should be read in conjunction with Part XICB of the CCA.
