This is the 16th interim report of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) inquiry into gas supply arrangements in Australia.
The ACCC continues its focus on the operation of the East Coast Gas Market where there are immediate and longer-term concerns. This report provides an update on gas supply and demand into next year, and shows the contract prices negotiated by gas producers and retailers between September 2022 and February 2023.
