Telstra's structural separation undertaking: Annual compliance report 2011-12

Report to the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy

This is the ACCC’s first report on Telstra’s compliance with its SSU and migration plan which were accepted by the ACCC on 27 February 2012 and commenced on 6 and 7 March 2012 respectively.

This report relates to the financial year 2011–12 and covers the period from 6 March 2012, when the SSU came into force, to 30 June 2012.
