The ACCC has released its 13th annual report under the Water Act 2007 (Cth). The report provides information on the state of the rural water sector in the Murray-Darling Basin for the 2021–22 financial year.

The ACCC has prepared this document to help infrastructure operators in the Murray-Darling Basin understand how certain charges should be recovered from their customers, and how the charges should be displayed on the infrastructure operators’ schedule of charges.
