The AANZFTA Consumer and Competition Law Digest (C and C Digest) is a monthly aggregate of key official consumer and competition law news, speeches, reports and articles from across the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area.
The C and C Digest is distributed by the ACCC under the auspices of the AANZFTA Consumer Affairs Program (CAP) and the AANZFTA Competition Law Implementation Program (CLIP). CAP and CLIP are implemented in partnership with the ASEAN Secretariat, with funding from the AANZFTA Economic Cooperation Support Programme.
