Description of Conduct
On 28 October 2005, the ACCC received an application for minor variation of authorisation A90680 and A90681 from Agsafe. This application was delayed while Agsafe considered whether it would seek an additional variation.
The amendments proposed by Agsafe include changes to how the accreditation program is delivered, to the fees for obtaining Agsafe accreditation, the timing of warnings for imposing trading sanctions and a proposal to amend condition 12 of the current authorisations.
On 19 April 2006, the ACCC issued a final determination varying authorisations A90680 and A90681 to incorporate the proposed changes with the exception of the proposed amendment to condition 12 of the current authorisations.
