Description of Conduct
On 30 September 2009 APRA applied for revocation of authorisations A90918, A90919, A90921, A90922, A90924, A90925, A90944 and
A90945, due to expire on 30 March 2010 and their substitution with new authorisations on substantially the same terms, for a further six years.
The applications relate to APRA's standard arrangements for the acquisition and licensing of the performing rights in its music repertoire.
On 16 April 2010 the ACCC released a final determination granting conditional re-authorisation until 31 October 2013.
