Description of Conduct
The Australian Brick and Blocklaying Training Foundation Limited (formerly the Victorian Brick and Blocklaying Training Foundation Limited) is seeking revocation of authorisation A90895 and to make an application on behalf of the Clay Brick and Paver Institute and the Concrete Masonry Association of Australia for a new authorisation to charge a bricklayer training levy. Authorisation was granted on 26 April 2006, for a period of 3 years. A minor variation was granted on 30 August 2006, stating that the authorisation covers subsidiaries of members of the applicant organisations when those subsidiaries engaged in the authorised conduct.
