On 8 March 2011, Australian Dairy Farmers Ltd (ADF) applied for authorisation to enable dairy farmers to collectively bargain terms and conditions of raw milk supply contracts with processors.
On 4 August 2011, the ACCC issued a final determination granting conditional authorisation to these arrangements for a period of ten years.
