Description of Conduct
The Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) lodged an application for revocation and subsitution of authorisations A30176, A30177 and A90620. APCA is seeking a replacement authorisation for provisions contained within the Consumer Electronic Payment System (CECS) Regulations and Manual.
On 13 October 2004 the ACCC revoked authorisations A30176 and A30177 and granted authorisations A3028 and A30229 in substitute, for a period of five years.
