The Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) lodged three applications for authorisation in relation to the Regulations and Procedures for the High Value Clearing System.
The Commission granted authorisation on 1 April 1998 in relation to the Regulations and Procedures for the High Value Clearing system until 23 April 2008.
