Description of Conduct
On 7 December 2009 the Australian Payments Clearing Association Limited lodged an application for revocation and substitution of authorisation for provisions of the Australian Paper Clearing System (APCS) Regulations relating to suspension and termination of APCS members.
On 15 April 2010 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for a period of five years.
