Description of Conduct
On 7 January 2010 the Australian Payments Clearing Association sought re-authorisation of authorisations A90967 and A90968 in relation to the suspension and termination provisions of the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) regulations.
On 4 June 2010 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for a period of five years.
