Description of Conduct
On 20 June 20014, the Australian Payments Clearing Association Limited (APCA) applied for re-authorisation for those provisions of its Consumer Electronic Clearing System (CECS) regulations relating to initial certification of CECS members and suspension and termination of CECS membership.
On 15 October 2014 the ACCC issued a determination granting authorisation in respect of the proposed arrangements for 10 years (until 6 November 2024).
