Description of Conduct
The Inner Sydney Waste Management Group (ISWMG) will jointly tender and contract for the services of contractors deemed suitable to provide kerbside regional recycling processing services (through a Materials Recovery Facility) for residential dry recyclables.
Authorisation has been sought for 7 years with the option for a 3 year extension (e.g. 10 years total).
The Applicants are all Local Councils as defined by the Local Government Act (1993).
