Description of Conduct
Cashcard Australia Limited (Cashcard) sought re-authorisation on behalf of current and future Fee Smart Network members to agree not to directly charge each other's cardholders for ATM transactions undertaken at ATMs owned by other members of the FeeSmart Network.
On 27 August 2014 the ACCC issued a final determination reauthorising the arrangements for ten years.
