Description of Conduct
CS Energy & Ors seek authorisation for the joint re-negotiation of existing coal supply arrangements for the supply of coal to the Callide B and Callide C power stations in Queensland with Batchfire Resources Pty Ltd.
On 17 March 2016, the ACCC issued a draft determination that proposes to grant authorisation for ten years. The ACCC also decided to grant interim authorisation which commenced immediately.
On 20 April 2016, the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation until 12 May 2026.
