Energy Assured sought revocation of authorisation A91390 and A91391 as it decided to deregister its business and accordingly the relevant conduct for which authorisation was granted was no longer engaged in as of 1 April 2015.
On 13 May 2015, the ACCC issued a final determination granting the requested revocation.
