Description of Conduct
On 6 November 2014, Etihad Airways PJSC & Alitalia (the Applicants) sought authorisation for ten years for the provisions of their cooperation agreement which relate to various matters including the scheduling and pricing of international air transport services.
On 30 January 2015 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for a period of ten years.
