Description of Conduct
Hugo Boss Australia Pty Ltd Application for Authorisation in relation to an arrangements in which it will grant David Jones exclusive rights to stock certain products within the Hugo Boss range, and David Jones will create a "shop in shop" with specialist staff to sell Hugo Boss Products.
The Commission granted authorisation on 20 June 2002 for the parties to engage in an anti-competitive agreement in relation to the exclusive supply of Hugo Boss products to David Jones for 5 years coming into effect on 12 July 2002.
