Inghams Enterprises Pty Limited

Inghams applied for authorisation as an extension to A90595 (expiring 30/6/02) which is a continuation of collective negotiations between growers and Inghams relating to a standard growing agreement including common fees.

The Commission granted authorisation with conditions on 22 January 2003 for 5 years. Authorisation was granted to the provisions of the Code of Practice and the provisions of the Minimum Contract Guidelines. Authorisation is also granted to make and give effect to provisions of
agreements that are collectively negotiated between Inghams and growers
under the Code and Guidelines.
