Inghams Pty Ltd lodged an Application for Authorisation to permit the contract Growers of each Processor to engage in collective negotiations with their Processor on a standard growing agreement including the agreement of a common fee.
The Commission denied authorisation on 8 October 2002 for the parties to engage in collective negotiations including price fixing.
