Description of Conduct
The Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) lodged two applications for authorisation in relation to clauses 2 through to 9 of its draft genetic testing policy. IFSA subsequently amended its applications for authorisations to seek authorisation only in respect of clauses 2 and 4 of its draft genetic testing policy.
The Commission granted authorisation on 21 November 2000 to IFSA in respect of clauses 2 and 4 of its draft genetic testing policy for 2 years.
