Description of Conduct
The MTAA sought authorisation for the development and promotion of a real times guide for smash repairs. The guide is intended to provide realistic times for the repair, replace and paint portions of smash repair tasks.
The ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation to the MTAA on 6 June 2007 until 30 June 2012. Copies of the final determination can be obtained by following the "ACCC decisions" link.
