Description of Conduct
The proposed code changes are to provide a national scheme for business-to-business (B2B) information exchanges, to be operated by NEMMCO. The proposed arrangements will replace existing inefficient, inconsistent state based arrangements that are largely unenforceable and suffer from inadequate management and direction.
