Description of Conduct
Provisions to provide NEMMCO with express powers to manage negative settlement residues and to combine inter and intra-regional limits in the same constraint equations. Further, the changes are designed to allow NEMMCO to dispatch the market consistent with the market objectives. The derogation has a sunset clause of the end of December 2004.
