Description of Conduct
Hydro Tasmania has embarked on a major programme of upgrades of its metering installations in preparation for Tasmania's entry into the NEM. However, Hydro Tasmania has sought a derogation to exempt any metering installations that have not been upgraded from the provisions of the code for a maximum of 12 months after Tasmania enters the market.
