Description of Conduct
NECA has applied for a derogation providing for:
1. A delay of NEMMCO's obligation to publish a Statement of Opportunties (SOO) from 31 July to 31 October
2. A removal of NEMMCO's obligation to prepare an update of the SOO by 31 January.
The derogation will have effect only until 31 December 2005.
