Description of Conduct
South Australia's jurisdictional derogations to the NEC relating to the provision of metering services under Full Retail Competition expire on 1 July 2005. This application seeks to extend the derogations whereby metering services for small electricity customers in South Australia would be provided exclusively by the local network service provider, ETSA Utilities. South Australia proposes to extend the derogations until 31 December 2006.
