Description of Conduct
Applications for changes to NEC received (20 May 1999) to enable an auction of portions of the settlements residue to be undertaken by NEMMCO. Amendments to the applications were received on 24 May 1999, then on 22 June 1999 and 9 November 1999. The final determination was issued on 22 December 1999.
