Description of Conduct
Amendments to Chapter 9 of the NEC relating to system planning and metering provision in South Australia. First amendment is intended to amend existing derogation in Part D of Chapter 9 in light of the NDR code changes. Second amendment seeks to amend the existing derogation in Part D to delay the introduction of competition for metering services for a transitional period of two and a half years to facilitate a smooth transition to FRC in SA.
