Nestle has lodged an application for a minor variation to authorisations A90539 and A90540, which relate to the Marketing in Australia of Infant Formula: Manufacturers and Importers Agreement. The minor variation was requested in order to allow for the addition of future parties to the arrangement and to include an 8-10 year time limit on the authorisation.
