Description of Conduct
Property Media Group Pty Ltd seeks authorisation to collectively bargain terms, conditions and fees on behalf of listed real estate agents and franchisors of real estate groups with online media and advertising businesses who operate on-line residential property listing websites (with related mobile apps). Authorisation is also sought for collective boycotts in certain circumstances.

On 25 August 2016 the ACCC released its draft determination proposing to deny authorisation to the proposed arrangements.
On 27 September 2016 Property Media Group withdrew its applications for authorisation.
