Description of Conduct
On 2 November 2012 Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) lodged an application for authorisation to make and give effect to an agreement with Sportingbet Australia Pty Ltd (Sportingbet) and Sportingbet Holdings Limited (SHL) under which Sportingbet agrees to provide management services to RWWA in respect of fixed odds books and SHL acts as guarantor.
On 17 April 2013 the ACCC granted authorisation to RWWA to make and give effect to the agreement.
