Description of Conduct

Recruitment & Consulting Services Association Limited (RCSA) seeks minor variation of authorisation A91388 which was granted for five years on 12 February 2014 in relation to the RCSA professional conduct regime, which is administered through the RCSA's Code for Professional Conduct, Disciplinary & Dispute Resolution Procedures and relevant clauses of the RCSA's Constitution and By Laws.

RCSA proposes to expand the criteria for membership under Rule 2.2 of its Constitution to allow 'any business entity, including not for profit and government business entities' to become RCSA members.

RCSA proposes to amend Rule 5.2 of its constitution to give AMRANZ (the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia and New Zealand) and AMRA (the Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies) through a joint meeting of their Councils the right to appoint one Corporate Representative as a Director of RCSA.

On 3 March 2017 the ACCC issued a determination granting the proposed minor variations.
