Description of Conduct
Rio Tinto Aluminium Limited, on behalf of Rio Tinto Aluminium (Holdings) Limited, has requested revocation of authorisations A40078, A40079, and A40080 granted to Comalco Limited on 19 November 1999 in relation to Gladstone Power Station. Rio Tinto Aluminium is the manager of the Gladstone Power Station joint venture. Rio Tinto Aluminium (Holdings) Limited is the current name for Comalco Limited.
On 30 June 2010 the ACCC issued a determination revoking authorisations A40078, A40079 and A40080.
