Description of Conduct
Authorisation A6058 was granted to the South Australian Mixed Business Association (SAMBA) in 1979 by the then Trade Practices Commission. The authorisation allowed SAMBA to distribute a retail grocery price guide to members. On 22 November 2006 the ACCC revoked the authorisation on the basis that there has been a material change in circumstances since it was made and the public benefits no longer outwiegh the public detriments.
