Description of Conduct
On 26 May 2021, Telco Together Foundation (TTF) lodged an application on behalf of itself and its current and future members (the Applicants). The Applicants sought authorisation for 5 years to cooperate to identify and address modern slavery practices in their operations and supply chains.
On 1 October 2021, TTF amended is application as indicated in the ‘Amended Application Received’ document below.
On 27 October 2021, TTF withdrew its application for authorisation and noted its intention to submit a revised application at a later time. Please see the ‘Applicant to ACCC re Withdrawal of Application’ document below for further details.
