The Australian Hotels Association State and Territory Divisions - Revocation and Substitution - A91513

The Australian Hotels Association (AHA), on behalf of its current and future members, seeks authorisation for ten years to collectively bargain, predominantly through the use of standard contracts and direct negotiation, with various suppliers of goods and services supplied to its members across Australia. The ACCC issued a Final Determination on 19 February 2016 granting authorisation to the AHA. Authorisation is granted until 12 March 2026.
