Description of Conduct
CLAG represents a number of container carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, importers and exporters. It is seeking authorisation to negotiate on behalf of its present and future members with the stevedores at Port Botany. Matters for negotiation include the terms, prices and conditions of supply of a range of services and terminal access conditions.
On 5 July 2006, the ACCC released a determination authorising the arrangements for a five year period.
