Description of Conduct
On 24 February 1978, The Retail Confectionery & Mixed Business Association Inc (CAMBA) was granted authorisation to circulate a suggested price list to its members. The suggested price lists covered soft drinks, ice cream, confectionery, bread, biscuits, sandwiches, milk shakes, cigarettes and tobacco. On 25 July 2006 CAMBA requested that the ACCC revoke authorisation A4006 on the basis that the arrangements are no longer being given effect to.
