Description of Conduct
VFF Sunraysia seeks authorisation for its members, present and future, to collectively negotiate terms and conditions (including price) of dried vine fruit contracts with present and future dried vine fruit processors. VFF Sunraysia, under the proposed conduct, would also have the ability to negotiate on behalf of its members.
On 12 December 2007 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for five years.
