Description of Conduct
Woodside Energy Limited, Benaris International Pty Limited and CalEnergy Gas (Australia) Limited seek authorisation for all contracts, arrangements or understandings relating to the common terms and conditions (including price) upon which LPG produced by the Otway Gas Project will be offered for sale and for the joint marketing and sale of that LPG to a common customer or customers. The ACCC issued a final determination on 29 March 2006, granting authorisation to the applicants for three years.
